While companies double down on AI, employee engagement just hit its lowest point since 2020. @Gallup' found only 20% of employees are engaged globally, representing about $10 trillion in lost productivity worldwide. Burnout, low well-being, and AI anxiety are key drivers. Declining employee engagement is by no means inevitable. The difference is investing in people as deliberately as you invest in technology.
