Funny enough, mine isn’t a song about the break up per se, but more every time I hear it I think of the first girl I fell in love with as a kid.
Funnier still is it’s also a song by Bryan Adams. Summer of 69. The verse “sometimes I think about it and wonder what went wrong” floods my mind with memories.
I was born in 74 so obviously the summer of 69 means squat to me lol, but the song hits just the same.
