@OnePhysion Beware all, my gun has stopped working after a little over 12months of minimal use and good care. Have just been told that OnePhysion will do nothing for me. Not acceptable for a product at this price point.

If you're thinking about buying one of those massage guns definitely don't get one from @OnePhysion, I love to tell you about the product after nearly 3 weeks it still hasn't arrived. Ask customer service and they just say "LOL, Dunno". Get one of the other ones if you need one.

@OnePhysion SCAMMED me!😡 sent me a filthy used gun and refuses to do courier collection so I’d have to pay for a bus fare or taxi to the post office out of my own pocket to return when they fool people into thinking they’re buying a brand new product! Despicable!

@OnePhysion It was a shorthand version of the events, for the 1st few weeks though they had no idea where my item was! Miraculously a royal mail tracking number has now surfaced. However I'll never use you again and make sure none of my friends do either. Awful experience. #OP79965

@OnePhysion Faulty product. Confirmed being replaced. However, “we will try to get it delivered as soon as possible” is the issue. No dates or rough estimate of when a replacement will be sent. Customer service stick to the same meaningless lines
