I refunded Crimson Desert because of the controls and the overanimated npcs, i felt like i was in a weird theatre show with overacting actors and i really didn't like that. This is just me of course, hope you are enjoying it

Im all for crafty bullshittery in a game like marathon but theif drone shouldn’t be able to steal your items while you are animation locked after the exfil timer has hit 0. There is quite literally no counterplay to that whatsoever.

I don’t hate marathon, I just don’t know what I’m playing for. I don’t know what the point is if every vault item and faction rep gets reset every month, what is the end goal in this game? I feel like there is just no purpose, maybe that’s the extraction shooter genre. idk

While my first impression was fairly average, Marathon is definitely a game that grows on your the more you play it, but I’m still not sure why it’s designed so you need to get upgrades to make it feel playable. Like, the lv1 stamina bar has to make people quit 30 mins in lol.

I fixed the horrendous character design in @MarathonTheGame without even trying. One request to they improved. If I worked on each character for 2 hours (MAX!) they would be immaculate. There's no excuse for what they released. None.

Marathon Battle Passes suck. Complaints are mounting: - Rewards are underwhelming. - Color swaps everywhere. - The Destiny "consumable shaders" are back, in the form of stickers only having X number of uses, only working on certain weapons. - Zero premium currency included.

my Marathon take is that it is really good but really hard and really, really going to be needed to play with a team you know to get very far that's fine! but I think you're definitely going to see it be audience-limiting, and current players may not retain the patience

I don’t respect any new games coming out from big ass AAA studios that aren’t pushing the innovation envelope. Marathon would have been cool if it came out in 2019. This shit is nothing new and doesn’t add anything new to the space. Unimmersive fps SLOP. Go next.

Tried Marathon. Something just feels bad about the gunplay. Also, whenever I start shooting, I can't readjust my reticle no matter how hard I try. I have to stop shooting to move where I'm aiming at. I've tried a bunch of different settings, betas we're the same for me. (Razer Wolverine controller) Not for me, hope it does well.

Am I crazy if I think Marathon should have a playlist where you start out with a lot of the legendary stuff and it's not tied to your account and if you lose it's whatever. Just something casual players could show up and try all of the legendary mods out or is it only for elites
