@jjacobs22 People taking small steps en masse is an effective way to achieve larger compounding effects behaviorally. E.g. reducing red meat intake gradually = the change often sticks. From our own user base we've seen incremental shifts build momentum & create positive spillover effects

The thing w/ bashing small steps as being too small is that, while that may be factually correct, sometimes small steps are the best (only?) way to lead to big steps.
