@parkrunUK has a big turn out each week on the Town a moor and the exhibition cafe is a focal point on Saturdays for ParkRunners to meet up afterwards. This really poor from @NewcastleCC who we thought encouraged use of our lovely parks. A real backward step.

We are disappointed to see that @NewcastleCC is closing the cafes in Paddy Freemans park and Exhibition park. The state of the play area in Ex Patk is poor and now to lose the cafe is more than disappointing. What are your views @NewcastleLibDem ?

Great event on Saturday on the Town Moor. But sad to see the litter and smashed glass all over the Moor with bags of rubbish still there. Hope this will be gone asap @NewcastleCC

Yesterday for over 4 hours LTN advocates celebrated the harming of our community calling this a success. They did not ask us if they could INCREASE harm upon us … They did not care about harming children here for personal pleasure. Intentionally increasing congestion upon us to teach us a lesson while enjoying a quiet road to live on … Listening to advocates trying to justify killing us slowly is sickening…. Not one advocate asked us if we supported being killed for LTN advocates comfort and pleasure… YES I DO MIND BEING KILLED SLOWLY
