YES!
Protecting Uganda’s oil resources is essential to national security and economic stability. Without this law, Uganda risks instability similar to that seen in Somalia and Libya. The same groups that opposed the Pipeline are now sponsoring different groups to oppose this Bill. Any Ugandan concerned with national interest should support this legislation.

Uganda has two forensic psychiatrists, and the one working in Uganda is a female, and the other one is based in Canada. I have met all of the two, the one u posted aint him so either your man lied to you about what he does or you are just another deluded girl
