The biggest red flag for me is when a project clearly isnt far enough along to be casting VAs
If they don’t have art (if applicable), a script, or any really groundwork laid then you’re not ready to cast VAs
The process should not go:
Project Idea -> Casting Call

For some reason I still feel my Pete isn’t as good, and I still get really unsure of how it turns out, and get stage fright whenever I do his voice!
But I hope I overcome it~!
