Also Memorials day is today, I would like us to take a moment in remembrance for those who have served and died for us. I have 4 brothers who have all served and I do understand growing up in that environment/educated with it how important it is. I know this world especially here lately has been…overwhelming, disheartening and heartbreaking in so many ways. It can be so hard to find the positives and keep our own inner light burning. Please know you’re not alone in this and I am feeling it too. On top of what we’re feeling about this, we’re also going through our own personal struggles, battles and challenges. Living is hard.
I’ve noticed a lot more prayer request have been submitted from my prayer request link. It makes me grateful that I have it to be offered to pray for those of you at night. I think about each one sent my way and you can truly feel the emotion coming from them.
With all of this being said. Don’t give up hope, don’t let ego get in the way or pride. Utilize resources that are offered around you. Ask for help when you need. Stay strong. Drink water, take walks or escape a bit in a podcast or book. Do some self journaling. Listen to music. Do anything nourishing and positive to hold on and tend to your inner light.
Times are very tough, but so are you. You’re meant to be here. We all need each other to keep us going. I need you to keep going. As hard as this is to do….please keep going.
