If this was raw power he wouldn’t be surprised by Sanji using geppo when he’s shown beyond enough power to do so

In bleach they almost never mention how to stop the hollows and when they do it’s purely in context to one faction and they are portrayed as doing something harmful. So for all of the story as we know there’s no build up in sight for a fix to this issue. It would be an asspull

Bc bleach in itself makes its own ending hard to pull off. Bleach doesn’t even tackle their core issues, with naruto the cycle of hatred as a cycle is at-least from the story of naruto gone. It only is rebuilt in boruto. In bleach their cycles of hollows has almost no way to end
