@Simon_Ingari If the meeting is mandatory, it has to be paid. Federal labor laws. So just ask: Is this overtime or am I shifting my hours? If the manager tries to say it’s unpaid, ask them to put it in writing that the meeting is both unpaid and mandatory. Then you call the labor law lawyer

Gen Z: Again, I work for the hours I’m paid for, and since overtime is not an option, I’ll go ahead and adjust my hours this week to accommodate the shift in the schedule. Manager: You’re not quite understanding the company culture we have here—we work all the time. @Venonat331 The flying type eeveelution one hurts my heart. I’ve been wishing for a flying type eevee since gen 2, when we found out that more eeveelutions was even a thing. I wanted to have a team of all eeveelutions, but in the days of HMs, not having fly was a pain.

So, these are allegedly Pokémon that we were supposed to have gotten in Sun & Moon, but they got scrapped for unknown reasons. It honestly makes me sad that we missed out on most of these. 😭

@shinyycatherine I’m trying a bit of starter resetting, but I’m hesitant to commit to any more 8192 hunts than necessary, since Deoxys is looming on the horizon >.< need it for my shiny living dex, but my suffering going 17,697 for Type Null still has me burned on even 4096 hunts >.<

@CentroLeaks There’s apparently a reason for this, tho. It let them keep in the game corner without changing the rating on the game. If they’d made changes, the games would’ve had to be re-submitted for rating, and multiple countries have changed the rules on such things.

Apparently someone got access to Pokémon LeafGreen early. It’s literally just the ROM. No settings, no emulation menu.

@virelle_x @Coinvo However, it’s worth knowing that it’s never actually been used to remove a sitting president. Precedent is a powerful thing, and many would be hesitant to be the first to actually use this tool. While his removal by this process is a nice dream, its highly unlikely to happen

@virelle_x @Coinvo Impeachment doesn’t actually remove the president from office. It’s more of a formal sanction, which restricts a few of their powers. It’s still on the president to actually resign. But the 25th amendment could theoretically force them out of office entirely.

With my ADHD, I’ll play a game like crazy and then put it down for weeks or months at a time. I don’t want to have the place fall apart if I do that, like in animal crossing

@Onlera @shinyycatherine It means that the game is goated. But unfortunately it has been confirmed that time passes just like in animal crossing. So you would have to keep adjusting your clock in order to move time in the game
