This was actually the original purpose of OS when I started it 12 years ago - to transcribe a melody in your head and have people identify it. Does anyone know this one?

To make it a little easier to find quality music, the list of sequences onlinesequencer.net/sequences now shows sequences that have been featured by the creator. You can feature a sequence using your profile page.

You can now subscribe to your favorite composers on the site! When they add a new featured sequence, you'll receive a notification under the icon in the top right corner.

New feature for @OnlineSequencer: when editing a sequence it's periodically saved to your browsers storage and you're given the option to restore it if you leave the page without saving, no more lost work when the power goes out!

@xyroclinical We usually don't put the site under maintenance during updates and we have no intention on shutting it down soon. 503 errors typically happen when the server is overloaded and should resolve on their own.

@OnlineSequencer hi, when i go to your website it just says 503 - Service Not Available. is the site undergoing maintenance or is it shutting down?

You may now sort by Oldest under the Sequences tab and user profiles. This will take the original creation date of a sequence into account—not the last updated date.

As of the most recent patch, you may now reorder sequences in your playlists. Adding/removing sequences from playlists will no longer refresh the tab. Additionally, featured sequences have been converted into a playlist as well!

@Samantha_Dick We only support sequence to MIDI conversion. You can download a MIDI file of your sequence through Show Options (next to the save button) > Export MIDI. From there, you can search for a third-party program that converts MIDI to sheet music.
