Someone has to explain to me the streamed game fascination with @senortilt, a guy who… Plays the least amount of hands while constantly berating others for not playing enough… Has precisely zero interesting or funny stories & is constantly on his phone… Slow rolls (months after angle shooting!) the game’s VIP & then ridiculously claims it’s cool because they’re allegedly super close friends… Is constantly talking about the #TiltMafia… which appears to be about 25 humans and a couple hundred bots… All while having his own personal security and camera crew for a podcast/YouTube channel that’s watched by literally dozens of people… And is constantly whining and moaning whenever he loses a hand! It’s just remarkable! And it’s not like he’s some horrible player who you have to put up with because he’s such great action. He’s decidedly slightly above average & super nitty! I just don’t get it. But maybe that’s just me. 🤷‍♂️

Why exactly do you want to platform the people who are confirmed (by their own admissions) to being scum of the earth? Why isn't their own public account of what happened good enough to say what happened? It's not an exposé or investigative piece. It was a retelling of a public story that included every single source. What point are you trying to make w/the lack of contact to parties involved? That the internet shouldn't be a public forum? That we aren't investigative journalists? That you're mad that OP EDs have replaced news reporters?

@BrianDixon69 @OnlyFriends_Pod Best I can tell, Sklansky was not a 'good guy.' That doesn't change the fact of how reckless and irresponsible the Only Friends panelists were in their commentary on the situation. And it speaks volumes that Only Friends did not reach out to Sklansky & Tom Franklin.

It's easy to lionize someone in death for all their positive contributions, but equally important to remember who people are at their core based on their actions in life. There were hundreds of his own accounts of what happened on the 2+2 forum that he himself owned (and were included in this pod). All of this played out VERY publicly. Why should he get the platform to tell, a now, one-sided story given Brandi can no longer speak for herself on the matter? You're welcome to say this isn't journalism, no one is pretending it is, that doesn't mean the story shouldn't be told.

It's for the best, last time we reported the facts about a card room in Texas it sparked quite the vendetta from the owner, including coaching a midwit into giving @berkey11 a million dollars. x.com/i/status/16484…

I see just enough poker stuff on Twitter to know there's some drama going on, but not nearly enough that I'll likely ever know what it is without the @OnlyFriends_Pod
