CLARIFICATION ON THE ARREST OF JUSTICE MARK CHIDIEBERE (JUSTICE CRACK) The attention of the Nigerian Army was drawn to the complaint made by some soldiers regarding their feeding and other matters relating to their welfare as posted on social media by a blogger/social media influencer, Justice Mark Chidiebere (Justice Crack). While the matter is being investigated for breach of the Armed Forces’ Social Media Policy and an attempt to misinform the public, preliminary report reveals that the soldiers discussed wide range of issues with Justice Chidiebere who seemed to be inciting soldiers to create discontent within the system. An example was a chat bothering on subversion which Chidiebere had with the soldiers. It is important to state that a situation where civilians cultivate vulnerable personnel towards acts of subversion has far-reaching implications on discipline and national security. Hence, Justice Chidiebere was picked by the Nigerian Army alongside the soldiers for investigation. While the soldiers remain in own custody, Chidiebere has been handed over to the relevant civil authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution. The Nigerian Army remains committed to the rule of law and will continue to collaborate with relevant agencies to ensure justice is served. We will continue to act within the ambits of the law in safeguarding our sovereignty. APPOLONIA ANELE Colonel Acting Director Army Public Relations 2 May 2026

You people will come on this app and confidently mislead people on something you have zero knowledge about. Buying Dangote Refinery shares with a 150k salary will not take anyone out of the trenches. NGX is not a meme coin. Dangote Refinery is currently preparing for its IPO with an estimated valuation of *$40 Billion to $50 Billion**. In Naira, that is over 60 TRILLION Naira. You are telling a guy who earns 150k a month to use 7k to buy a microscopic fraction of a 60 Trillion Naira asset and expect it to magically pay his house rent in a few years? If you earn between 100k and 250k, and you aggressively scrape 20k monthly to buy shares, you would have invested 240k by December. Even if the refinery does a miraculous 20% return, your profit for tying down your hard-earned survival money for 365 days is just 48k. That cannot even buy a half bag of rice today. Inflation will swallow that profit before the dividend is even paid. Let's even scale it up. Let's say you manage to invest a whole 1 Million Naira. A very solid 20% return gives you 200k profit in an ENTIRE YEAR. Is 200k after 12 months changing your life? No. Dangote Refinery stock are for WEALTH PRESERVATION, not poverty eradication. It is for the person sitting on 50m who wants to park heavy liquidity, hedge against inflation. It is NOT for Emeka who's eating from hand to mouth in this economy. If your income is small, take that 7k and use it to eat. 7k is not magically paying your house rent in 2030 because you bought dangote refinery stock.

Make I no talk.... I don't want to say a hard-core truth that will shatter a lot of people. Especially Salary earners. Even if I don't say it, they are already feeling the heat. One advice I will give to all salary earners, is that they should take serious advantage of Dangote Refinery shares that will soon be listed on the Nigeria Stock Exchange market this year July/August. Invest buy Dangote Refinery shares. A word is enough for the wise.

Where I play ball, there’s this woman who shows up every Saturday morning with chilled zobo and tigernut drink. She shares it to everyone for free, no money, no stress. Naturally, everybody likes her. It was only today I found out she’s actually the wife of the man who owns the pitch. That “free” drink? It’s strategy. It keeps all of us coming back every weekend, and once you’re there, you’re already spending. Each player pays 3kpa to play, bottled water is 5H, and before you know it, you’ve spent close to 5k. Now she’s taken it a step further, she just launched a side business at the same pitch. She sells and rents out boots, sells jerseys, socks, bibs… everything you need to play. And she’s making serious money from it. In simple terms… She gave us free drinks, built loyalty, then positioned herself to collect the money in every other way. Smart Igbo woman business move😂

Everyone is refreshing Peter Obi's timeline. His acclaimed haters, more. Very interesting. By far, the most influential African politician. Should he win 2027, Nigeria will come under new light in terms of Africa's politics. Just maybe, we start getting respected again.

Having 50 men aggressively camping in your Instagram DMs isn't "pretty privilege" or proof of high value. It’s an illusion of abundance. Forty-eight of those men wouldn't buy you a pack of Panadol if you were shivering with a fever; they are literally just hovering, waiting for a moment of emotional weakness to get free access. Confusing cheap attention for high value is how people end up utterly exhausted and single at 35.

When Borrowing is Leprosy and cancerous. Mr. President, borrowing is not only a leprosy, but a killer cancer when it is borrowed for consumption and not production as it is in Nigeria today. Borrowing for consumption slowly eats away at the health, reputation, and autonomy of a nation. One of the major “leprosy” afflicting Nigeria today is not just debt, but debt without productivity. Debt that is not tied to measurable economic value. Debt that does not translate into jobs, growth, or improved living standards for the Nigerian people. No serious economy borrows recklessly. Nations borrow with discipline, with purpose, and with a clear plan for repayment through productive investment. Fiscal Responsibility Act 2007 provides that “Any government in the Federation or its agencies and corporations desirous of borrowing shall, specify the purpose for which the borrowing is intended and present a cost-benefit analysis, detailing the economic and social benefits of the purpose to which the intended borrowing is to be applied” Cost-benefit analysis must show how the loan would be applied, how it will impact economic growth and improve the welfare of Nigerian citizens in measurable ways. Most of the borrowings by this government do not satisfy the requirements of law or the requirements of economic common sense. The humongous borrowing so far does not show how the projects for the loans enhance the productive capacity of the nation and the welfare of Nigerian citizens. These loans are also dangerous because they burden the capacity of the Nigerian state to improve the economy in the future, as we have one of the world’s highest debt servicing ratios. What matters is not debt-GDP as much as debt-debt servicing ratio because the latter constrains our capacity to finance the sectors that drive human development and economic growth. If the money is wrongly spent as we do in Nigeria currently, it becomes double jeopardy because you are using current revenue to service debts that did not add to revenue or improve capacity for more production in the future. A responsible government does not merely defend borrowing; it explains it, justifies it, and most importantly, ensures it works for the people. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

I'm glad I met this tweet going viral as it should.
Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere@daddyopm

She was sacked. She is from rivers state, OGONI . Her offence ? Attending Peter Obi rally in port harcourt on her off day and posting it online. She was not on duty. It was her off duty. Her boss saw it online. The next day when she came to work. He asked her, why she went for Peter Obi rally. She said it was her off duty. He immediately sacked her and told her to go and meet Peter Obi to give her a job . She came social media and cried out and cried out. I told one of staff to reach out to her and invite her. I collected the information of the hotel and sent my CSO to investigate. He came back and told me it was true and her boss said Peter Obi should give her a job. I hate it so much when the rich intimidate the poor. And GOD is not happy when people maltreat the poor. So the only I can fight back is to use SPIRITUAL POWER OF GOD and use tithes that come into the church to raise every poor I encounter like 42 free schools , 2 free hospitals, overseas job placement, local and international scholarship for the poor. So I immediately took up her case. First asked her how much was her salary in the hotel they sacked her. She said 18,000. I mean eighteen thousand Naira only. PURE WICKEDNESS FROM A WICKED RICH MAN. What can 18k buy ? I immediately employed her in OPM printing press. I told her , you are a young girl, why are you not going to school ? She said her parents don’t have money to send her to university and eighteen thousand Naira salary can not do anything about school unless prostitution which she vowed to GOD never to do. So I immediately i immediately placed her on opm university Schlarship ( local university) She wrote jamb and passed and gained admission to study ACCOUNTING in Ignatius Ajuru University. I instructed my chief of staff to be allowing to go school and work anytime she has no lectures. And today she is on her FINAL YEAR studying accounting.
