NIFTY Monthly Chart — Very Important Update. Don’t Ignore This! Nifty has now given a clear monthly breakdown. If you are convinced that the bottom is in, you might be underestimating the downside. Let’s first understand the structure simply. • 2021 to 2024 → This blue channel you see it acted as resistance for almost 4 years • 2024 → Nifty broke above the channel (big breakout) • 2025 → Nifty retested the channel support from top, support held and we got ~4000 point bounce. R/S flip. • 2024 to 2026 → Nifty ranged inside this channel for ~2 years • 2026 → Now Nifty has broken below the channel support on monthly timeframe So in simple words: 4 years resistance → Breakout → Retest → 2 years ranging → Breakdown in 2026 Now the important part. Supports below current price (CMP ~22300): • 21350 → 365 EMA (3D EMA) • 21300 (6% lower) → dotted trendline support from 2008 which acted as resistance many times untill 2021 • 19900 (12% lower) → Major macro solid black trendline support from peak of 2008 bull run which acted as support in 2022. In every major correction/bear phase (2008, 2011, 2016, 2020), Nifty has touched the 365 EMA zone before forming a bottom, and many times price even went slightly below it before reversing so its a wise decision to start deploying from 21,350 till 20,000 Summary: Big Monthly breakdown has happened. Now the important zones to watch are 21350, 21300 and 19900. Monthly breakdowns usually don’t bottom immediately — they bottom at fear, not at hope.
