Introducing OpenGradient Chat, a privacy-first generative AI platform. Every frontier model in one app. We can't read what you type, and neither can anyone else. Finally, an AI you can tell anything. (1/n)

Ask anything in private at chat.opengradient.ai → Use the same latest models → Not even we can see → Protect your privacy Don't let them use your data and prompt to train their models. (∇, ∇)

A major AI company just updated its privacy policy. Now it can request your government ID, your photo, and your face. So much for “private.” We built one that is private: chat.opengradient.ai. Part 4: The AI Talk (∇, ∇)

Your AI won't answer your real questions. But it keeps everything you ask. This is why we went uncensored. Hermes 4 405B by @NousResearch, private on chat.opengradient.ai. Part 3: The AI Talk (∇, ∇)

@ilblackdragon Exactly. Get the privacy layer right and everything else follows, for users and businesses both. AI that doesn't put users in control isn't worth building. That's the standard we hold at OpenGradient. And recently launch our Private AI too x.com/OpenGradient/s…

Privacy is required at every layer of the stack, both for crypto and AI. Better for users, better for businesses. Good tech should enhance sovereignty, not erode it.
The Rollup@therollupco

Robbie asks Illia (@ilblackdragon) where privacy needs to be implemented in the crypto stack. “I think it needs to be at every layer. That is the TLDR.” “We’ve seen this on Hyperliquid: people get hunted and liquidated for their positions.” “If we want institutions to move fully onchain because it is cheaper, faster, and has more access, we need to offer them privacy as well.” “If I want to pay for my coffee, I do not want everybody to see that transaction happening every time.”

OpenGradient gives you the same model through a private path, so you create freely and the output stays yours instead of becoming someone's training data. 3/5

You can now generate with Nano Banana 2 inside OpenGradient, privately. It's Gemini's latest and highest-quality image model. The difference here: what you generate isn't logged by the provider or tied back to you. 1/5 🧵

Introducing Veil: a confidential AI proxy that runs locally next to your agent and keeps every prompt private and verifiable. Point any OpenAI-compatible agent at it with one env var. No code change. How it works: Veil separates who you are from what you ask. With Oblivious HTTP, a relay sees your identity but only encrypted text, and the TEE enclave sees your prompt but never you. No one can tie a person to a prompt unless those two parties collude. Every response is signed inside an attested TEE enclave and verified on your machine before it reaches your agent, proving it ran in known, reproducible code and wasn't tampered with. You trust math, not us, the host, or the network. It works with any agent that speaks the OpenAI API, including Hermes. Set one environment variable and your existing code runs against private, verified inference. Get started: #quickstart" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">github.com/OpenGradient/v…

Centralized AI depends on a company that can be compelled to cut you off. Decentralized, verifiable AI removes that dependency. Fable 5 made it obvious which one is safer to build on. More on that this week. (∇, ∇) Check out our models: hub.opengradient.ai 6/6

We also do something the big labs can't. Every inference comes with a cryptographic proof of which model ran and on what input, verifiable on-chain. Instead of trusting the provider, you check the result yourself. 5/6

Two days ago a single government order forced Anthropic to shut off Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all users. It wasn't a hack or an outage. This is the clearest case yet for why AI must be decentralized. Here's what it means if you build on AI 1/6 🧵
