I close my eyes and I can see Owen under the water staring up at me mouthing 'mum' 'help me' and I can't reach him, I wasn't there, it feels so real and I try so hard to reach him and I can't 💔😭 this happens most nights hoping its a dream, its not and it's real 😭 💜🌈

The sun is shining and water is so inciting. Just don't go in. This week, there have been more young people drowning.l, families and friends heartbroken. Speak to your children and remind them that water is dangerous even when it looks so calm on the surface. 💜🌈

Silent tears are the hardest to cry. Trying desperately to not let anyone hear you while hurting so much! I miss my son Dylan! I wish with all my heart that he could just come home. 💙💙💙
