@OpenTableUKI I am absolutely furious at OpenTable. They accepted a booking, requested a confirmation. Yet when we arrived at the restaurant with all our guests, for my wife’s 84th birthday, the restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Totally unacceptable from OpenTable.

@OpenTableUK I’m so sorry, I booked a table back in April for dinner @fishborough last Fri (14/7) at 7pm but crashed out in the hotel and fell asleep early. Went for a late lunch there the next day and apologised, didn’t want them to think I’d deliberately missed the booking

I just logged in to my @OpenTableUK account to make a booking - and was dismayed to note that my 22,600 points had “expired” on 21st May. Why is that? And why did you not tell me that it would be happening?

@OpenTableUK I think you system has been hacked as got a call at 8.30pm last night. No caller Id & was told they x had been lots of no shows/cancelled tables. I was on the ball so asked who it was. They said I am the CEO James. That gave it away… scammers.

@OpenTable I hear your systems have been hacked. We’ve just been scammed by someone calling to confirm our booking for tomorrow. Luckily bank stopped it before they took any money. Tried to spend £500 in Argos using our card, called the restaurant and others had been called to 🤔
