Internal test walkthrough : Mint to My Wallet and My Reports We just recorded an internal test of the two new features shipping next. Watch the video to see exactly how they work on mainnet. What you are looking at in the video The first feature is Mint to My Wallet. When a user connects their Solana wallet and runs a biomedical analysis, the compressed NFT mints directly to their wallet address. Not to the OpenGenome platform wallet. To theirs. The on-chain owner is the user from the moment the transaction confirms. No claim process, no transfer step. You run the analysis, you connect your wallet, the report is yours. The second feature is My Reports. Once a wallet is connected, a new dashboard appears in the navigation. It pulls every report that has been minted to that specific wallet address and displays them with the generated card art, rarity tier, on-chain verification links, and a direct listing on Magic Eden. Why this matters Until now, every minted report was owned by the OpenGenome platform wallet. That changes with this release. When Mint to My Wallet goes live, the NFT owner on-chain is your wallet. The creator split and royalty routing are written at the protocol level during mint. That means when your report trades on any marketplace, the royalty flows back to you as the owner. This is the revenue sharing mechanism we have been building toward. You provide the symptoms, the platform generates the research-backed report, and you hold the asset that earns from it. You can verify the ownership model from our test mint here: magiceden.io/item-details/E… Status These features are not publicly accessible yet. What you see in the video is a closed internal team test running on Solana mainnet. We are targeting public release tomorrow pending final QA. Stay tuned.

TL;DR most AI health apps: trust us bro OpenGenome: registered on ClinicalTrials.gov (same registry as hospital trials), protocol ID on-chain equivalent publicly archived, methodology declared before results published, zero personal data collected, every source is a real PubMed link you can verify yourself we mint your biological signal report as a compressed NFT on Solana with Arweave metadata. the science behind it is now government-registered. not a diagnosis. not a vibe. a structured research output with a confidence score, a source list, and an NCT number pending.

OpenGenome — Registered Observational Study ClinicalTrials.gov Protocol ID: OGNOME-OBS-2026-001 Status: Under NLM/PRS Review | NCT number pending We have submitted a formal observational study registration to the U.S. National Library of Medicine Protocol Registration and Results System (PRS) for the OpenGenome platform. Study design: Prospective observational registry. No intervention assigned. No participant contact. Enrollment target: 10,000 anonymous submissions over a 12-month primary data collection period. What is being measured: The registry's primary outcome is internal signal-source concordance: the proportion of primary biological signal claims in generated reports that are traceable to at least one retrieved PubMed or ClinicalTrials.gov source returned in the same pipeline call. Secondary outcomes include confidence score calibration against dataset size, signal strength distribution across symptom categories, and inter-submission signal consistency. Why registration matters here: The AI-assisted biomedical analysis space currently operates without pre-registration norms. Methodology is typically described post-hoc, models are updated without version disclosure, and output schemas are proprietary. Pre-registration constrains outcome reporting, prevents methodology drift, and creates a publicly verifiable baseline against which results can be independently audited. We consider this a minimum standard for any platform making claims grounded in biomedical literature. On data and ethics: All submissions are anonymous at the point of collection. No personally identifiable information is gathered, stored, or transmitted. Human subjects review board status: Exempt. The platform does not produce clinical diagnoses. All outputs are explicitly scoped as research-grade signal reports for informational purposes. The full protocol record will be publicly accessible on clinicaltrials.gov upon NCT number assignment. opengenome.bio

Mint to My Wallet : development update We completed the build on the wallet-mint pipeline today. This feature is not yet live for public use. It is currently running in a closed internal team test on mainnet. Here is what the feature does once released. When a user connects a Solana wallet and runs an analysis, the compressed NFT mints directly to their wallet address. No custodial hold, no claim step. The asset is theirs the moment the transaction confirms on-chain. The creator split and royalty routing are written at the protocol level during mint. We also built a Wallet Reports dashboard. Connect a wallet, and every report minted to that address shows up in one view with card art, rarity tier, on-chain verification, and a direct Magic Eden listing. Here is a result from our internal test. The NFT owner on this mint is no longer the OpenGenome platform wallet. It is the connected user wallet. That is the whole point. When this goes live, the owner on-chain will be your wallet, not ours. Verify it yourself: magiceden.io/item-details/E… To be clear: these features are not publicly accessible yet. The team is running internal QA right now. We are recording a full walkthrough video today and will share it here once it is ready. Pending final checks, we are targeting public release tomorrow. This lays the groundwork for revenue sharing. Own the report, earn from the trade. More details on that mechanism coming soon.

How Users Earn on OpenGenome Every report anchored on #OpenGenome $oGNOME carries a 5% creator royalty baked into the token at the protocol level. Right now that royalty flows to the platform treasury to keep everything free. With Mint to My Wallet, that changes. You connect your Solana wallet, the compressed NFT mints directly to your address, and the royalty routes to you. List it on Magic Eden or Tensor, sell it, and on every future resale the 5% comes back to your wallet. Indefinitely. What drives value is the rarity system. Rarity is not random. It is calculated from the confidence score and signal strength of the evidence behind each report. Five tiers from Common to Legendary. Higher evidence quality means higher rarity. Each report links to real PubMed papers and clinical trials stored permanently on Arweave. This feature is currently in internal testing with the team. We will share a video walkthrough of the full Mint to My Wallet flow before it goes live on production. No timeline promises, but the backend is built and functional. Cost to the user stays zero. The platform covers minting fees. The only thing that changes is who owns the token and who earns from it. opengenome.bio

What we built differently and why it matters Most symptom tools give you a wall of text sourced from nowhere in particular. OpenGenome takes a different approach: Every claim is source-linked Each report connects directly to the PubMed papers and clinical trials it drew from. Click through, read the original study. If the evidence does not hold, you will see it. Nothing is hidden behind a black box. Evidence-bound reasoning The reasoning engine only works with the retrieved evidence packet. It does not draw from general knowledge or fill in gaps on its own. If the literature does not contain a signal, the report does not invent one. This constraint is architectural. Permanent records on Arweave Card images and metadata are stored on Arweave, not on our servers. If our entire infrastructure goes offline tomorrow, every minted report still exists and remains independently verifiable. That is the point of decentralized storage.

What we are building next Roadmap and the plan from here OpenGenome is live at opengenome.bio. The core pipeline works: symptoms in, evidence retrieval, structured reasoning, optional on-chain anchoring with generated card art. Here is what comes next and why: Mint to My Wallet Right now the platform mints to its own wallet. Next step: users connect Phantom or any Solana wallet and the cNFT goes directly to them. They own it outright. This is the bridge from "interesting tool" to "collectible research instrument." The backend support is already scaffolded. Private minting Not every report needs to be on the public feed. Private mints will anchor on-chain with the same immutability guarantees but will not appear in the public ledger. Same card, same Arweave storage, just not broadcast. Pro tier Free tier stays free forever. Pro unlocks higher fidelity hero imagery, priority queue during high traffic, and potentially extended evidence retrieval (more sources per report, deeper search parameters).

What OpenGenome actually does under the hood We built a biomedical signal instrument. You type symptoms, the system pulls real data from real sources, runs structured reasoning, and optionally anchors the result on Solana as a compressed NFT. Here is what is running in production right now: Dual-source evidence retrieval Every analysis fires parallel requests to PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov v2. Up to 16 sources per report, 8 from each. These are not summaries of summaries. These are direct hits from indexed biomedical literature returned in real time. Structured reasoning engine The evidence packet gets fed into a constrained reasoning pipeline. Output is structured, not freeform: primary signal (3-8 word biological mechanism), secondary signals, confidence score, signal strength, and a correlation explanation grounded strictly in the retrieved sources. The model cannot reference general knowledge. If it is not in the evidence packet, it does not make it into the report. Compressed NFT minting via Metaplex Bubblegum One click anchors the report on Solana mainnet as a cNFT. Platform covers the transaction cost. Metadata and card image upload to Arweave through Irys. Permanent, immutable storage. No server dependency.

Per-mint card generation Every mint produces a unique card: AI-generated hero image based on the primary signal, OpenGenome logo, report number, signal title, rarity label, transaction signature, and a QR code linking to the on-chain verification page. If the image model rejects the prompt (content policy), the system falls back to a procedural SVG renderer that builds a DNA helix with molecular geometry. Branded frame stays identical either way. Automatic rarity calculation Rarity is not random. It is the average of confidence score and signal strength, mapped to five tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary. Higher evidence quality means higher rarity. Public feed All anchored reports hit a public feed that polls every 10 seconds. Real-time ledger of every signal the platform has processed and minted. Live corpus stream A background counter on the home and feed pages ticks indexed source counts from PubMed and ClinicalTrials. Visual confirmation the engine is actively reading current literature. Submit Your Symptoms We'll Show the Report Live OpenGnome is a biomedical research instrument that turns your symptom description into a structured signal report grounded in real published evidence. When you submit, the platform pulls up to 8 PubMed abstracts and 8 active clinical trials from ClinicalTrials.gov at the same time, passes them through a constrained reasoning engine that can only cite sources it actually retrieved, and returns a full report in 5 to 15 seconds. That report includes a primary signal, secondary signals, a plain-English correlation explanation, a confidence score, a signal strength score, and direct links to every source used no invented citations, no guesswork. Drop your symptom description in the comments and we will run it live and post the full report back to you. Be specific include how long it has been happening, how severe it is, and what makes it better or worse. No account, no email, and no wallet required to participate. Your report will not be shown publicly unless you choose to anchor it on-chain. This is research tooling, not medical advice every output is a starting point for further investigation by a qualified professional, not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. opengenome.bio

Coming on OpenGenome: Mint to my wallet Current mode. OpenGenome runs on a single anchoring path today. You write your symptoms, the engine pulls real evidence from PubMed and ClinicalTrials, the report lands on the public feed, and a compressed NFT is minted on Solana mainnet under the OpenGenome platform wallet. The platform pays the Solana fee, you pay nothing, and the report stays public for everyone to verify. Next mode going live. You connect a Solana wallet such as Phantom, run the analysis, and the compressed NFT is minted directly to your own address. The creator field on the metadata points at your wallet too. From the first block the report belongs to you. What you get when you choose this mode 1. On chain ownership of the report. The asset sits in your wallet, not the platform's. You decide whether to hold it, transfer it, or list it. 2. Sale proceeds. If you list the report on Magic Eden or Tensor and a buyer takes it, the payment goes straight to your wallet. 3. Recurring royalty income. The 5 percent creator royalty baked into the token routes to your wallet on every later resale, not just the first one. 4. Eligibility for any future ecosystem distribution the project runs to OpenGenome holders. Same evidence pipeline backed by real PubMed and ClinicalTrials sources. Same Solana mainnet anchor. Same Arweave metadata stored permanently through Irys. The only thing that changes between the public path and the user owned path is who holds the on chain ownership and who is positioned to earn from any future trade.

$oGNOME is the native token of the OpenGnome platform, built on Solana. It is designed to be simple to understand: the more you use the platform, the more value the token captures, and the more you hold, the more you earn from the platform's growth. At its most basic level, $oGNOME gives you more access. Free users are limited to 2 analyses per day. By holding $oGNOME, you unlock higher daily limits, priority processing, and enhanced features like high-resolution NFT trading cards with exclusive visual traits that are not available to standard users. When you anchor a biomedical signal report on-chain, paying the mint fee in $oGNOME gives you a 30% discount compared to paying in SOL, and unlocks card designs and NFT attributes that signal your level of engagement to the community on marketplaces like Magic Eden and Tensor. For researchers and institutions, $oGNOME is the currency of programmatic access. Every API call to the analysis pipeline is priced in $oGNOME, and 100% of those fees are permanently burn opengenome.bio

Why compressed NFTs : The economics of anchoring 100,000 reports without burning a treasury OpenGenome anchors each report on Solana mainnet using compressed NFTs through Metaplex Bubblegum, and the choice is driven by economics rather than fashion. A traditional Solana NFT requires roughly 0.012 SOL of rent per mint to allocate dedicated account state on chain, which means anchoring 100,000 reports would cost about 1,200 SOL in pure rent before any program fees, an arithmetic that simply does not work for a public instrument that lets users mint for free. Bubblegum solves this by storing ownership state inside a Merkle tree concurrent data structure where only the root hash actually lives on chain. Off chain indexers replay the changelog to reconstruct each leaf on demand, which collapses the cost per mint to roughly 0.000005 SOL while preserving every property that matters. Each compressed asset is still a genuine Solana mainnet entity with its own asset id, transferable, indexable on Solana Explorer, and listable on the major Solana marketplaces. This is why every OpenGenome card you see in the public feed carries a real 44 character asset id, sits inside a working Magic Eden and Tensor listing surface, and routes its 5 percent secondary royalty back to the platform wallet, all without ever asking the original requester to pay so much as a cent of network fees. opengenome.bio
