Alex died on this day in 2012. His suicide still prompts thoughts. From how it might have been prevented to little things like what we’d talk about if he was here with me now having a coffee. Look out for your mates ❤️ @calmzone

🧵 We’re glad to have continued our sessions this year, meeting new people and renewing old friendships 😊 Going into 2026 we have our offer to clubs and groups across the UK (and beyond online) through our half hour session 🤝

From January we we will also be running online sessions on mindfulness for cricketers and a new one, featuring a range of guests, on looking out for others 🆕 Everything we offer is free so please DM to discuss how we might be able to help your club 🧠

Alongside this we’ve been glad to work with a range of clubs to help put together a mental health plan. This can be a few bullet points or something more detailed. Either way, we can offer the experience we have of conversations over a decade 🏏
