Today I subbed at a high school that is ranked in the Top 10 in the country. It is a magnet school with a rigorous admissions process. Most of these kids are smarter than me! Maybe because I was subbing advanced Chemistry. I don’t see how it’s possible to support Magnet schools and not choice. Why should the smart and talented be the only students with choices?
