@HABSFANDIT @NHLRumourReport I don’t disagree Trotz did a horrible job. But he at least helped build a solid prospect pool + got a ton of draft capital. The team has more of a direction under macfarland. Wouldn’t say no direction at all. Just takes paying attention to what he’s said and done.

the prospect pool that your ranking 5ish is due to how deep it is with nhl players but not because it has any star talent which is pivotal for a rebuild they are about to head into year 3 with no direction if you think that barry trotz did anything besides ef that team up not sure what to tell ya

@HABSFANDIT @NHLRumourReport they aren’t in no man’s land. They have a top 5ish prospect pool and are going to start adding a young foundation piece by piece (see Bourque). Ror, Stamkos not part of that future. There’s a clear path. For a MTL fan you don’t know much about puck?
