#Jets need a 4th WR and one that’s available and makes a ton of sense is Tyler Lockett. Geno speaks glowingly of Lockett and he’s only 1 season removed from having 600 yards with Geno as his QB. He’s 33 years old so his best football is behind him but he would be a good veteran addition to the receiver room and would be a solid #4

#Jets on paper have enough to compete this season and potentially win 7-8 games. It will really be up to Aaron Glenn, Frank Reich, and Geno Smith to determine what the ceiling for this team will be. We can’t be getting out-schemed on both sides of the ball every week. Reich needs to incorporate more flavor and modern concepts into what he already has proven he’s solid at. Geno needs to get back to his 2024 form and show last season was all on the Raiders and not on him. Glenn needs to have this defense show up week in and week out and dial up an aggressive attacking style of defense different than the soft vanilla version of last season.

Anez Cooper is a really good pick. Mauler in the run-game. Was a big part of Miami’s dominant offensive line. The kind of guy you take in the 6th round. Will provide much needed depth at G for the #Jets

Find a way to get C Brian Parker out of Duke and K Trey Smack out of Florida and the Klubnik pick will be forgiven #Jets

We give Darren Mougey credit when it’s due. Savvy trader, good with cap-space, and good with early round picks. His clear weakness is drafting on day 3. #Jets have a 6th rounder and two 7th rounders left. I would take K Trey Smack at #199 to make sure no one takes him before you pick in the 7th round. Kicker is a very underrated need at the moment. Fill your QB, WR, LB, and S depth in the veteran FA market

I’ve liked every single pick so far outside of Kade Klubnik. Trading up made no sense since he was going to be available at #128. Not going to crash out over a day 3 pick, but there was no reason to give up an extra 4th round pick with glaring holes and good players available

#Jets absolutely need to draft a kicker in the 7th round tomorrow to compete with Cade York. Trey Smack out of Florida and Drew Stevens out of Iowa are the best options in this class @Chris1Banjo
