Long ass day. 12hr shift followed by a meal/ drinks out for my brother's 21st. Never been more ready for sleep! Ready for my week off 😊

How nice is this weather? We made the most of it and went for a nice local 4 mile walk. I always feel lucky to have this on my doorstep. Hoping this weather holds off for my charity hike on Saturday. Keep everything crossed for us 🤞🏼 ☀️

@yorkyqui This sounds so good, I'd definitely love to do something like this! Bet you've got some fab memories from it? I'm doing this hike for the experience to camp under the stars in the desert- this is what sold it to me (and of course the raising money and in memory of my Mum)

@OptimisticSx Not really quite hiked, but I’ve certainly walked a fair way in it. Couldn’t do much cos my walking stick kept sinking. 🫢 a three week driving experience over all of Morocco. It was amazing. It was Erg Chebbi where I got the sand.

@yorkyqui Have you hiked in the Sahara before? I haven't done the 3 peaks yet- that's mind October time. All is towards my Sahara Trek which is for a local hospice. You can't go wrong with pizza and cocktails 😊

@OptimisticSx I’ve missed your 3 peaks one, so yeah, I’ll definitely pop something in that one. It’s hot during the day and cold at night. It’s not what everyone expects. I won’t bore you with my stuff. It’s a lot! I just hope you had a lovely evening and the food looked delicious!
