@YTJobsSpotlight I'm not exactly sure how to best vet all the submissions, is it only based on filters? As you're aware, every video editor says they can do eveything to a high level so the vetting portion is the most difficult. Could use some guidance. Feedback: I do not appreciate how my personal contact details were released. I am now full of spam email and follow ups from dozens and dozens of videos edtiors.

Hey @Airbnb who at the company made this decision? Makes me wonder if any of the 7,000 employees and 2 cofounders (@bchesky @nathanblec) use the service. Apologies for the tone but your app and website kinda suck since 2015. I've stayed 3,000 nights on the platform as a guest and been Superhost since 2014. I have dozens of suggestions to improve guest and host experience, the app, the website, search suggestions, etc.
