We can't. We don't know how. In this video, Rock and Austin were given a few points to hit but otherwise they improvised because they knew the story they were trying to tell. Today everything is scripted verbatim by hacks and the talent isn't there to make it seem natural. Also Jim Ross as the mediator adds a lot.
