Ai can never provide an objective translation. Technically all three of these are “correct”, but the word choice, order of the sentence changes so much of what Kyo’s saying! Especially yen press who decided to be creative and make him call him “Yucky Yuki” instead of “damn Yuki”

This doesn't mean indie animation is beyond criticism either. I have plenty constructive to say about the indie animation I both enjoy and dislike. But you got to actually engage with the individual pilots, you know that right?

When Eltingville Club uses the creator's experience with nerd culture it's making a point and relatable, but when Wastelandia uses the creator's experience with nerd culture it's cringe. I see, I see. I liked Wastelandia quite a bit actually, I found it very relatable.

Once I went into a local bookstore and throughout the manga section there was a noticeable amount of older/OOP BL manga. Which fujoshi died and sold their BL collection to this random bookstore? Yes, there is still some of this BL collection a year+ later. Yes, I've bought some.
