For starters, COVID killed or hospitalized plenty of younger/middle-aged people without obvious comorbidities, and it exacerbated conditions in others. Framing it as mostly a non-issue for healthy people understated the virus's impact on working-age adults, long COVID, and healthcare overload. Framing it as a vast conspiracy undermines the valid point about the shutdowns.
