The victim was at the courthouse for a child support hearing at the time of the shooting. Eatherly now faces charges including attempted murder and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. Was he planning a mass shooting? 🤔

Lawfully this guy literally didn’t do anything wrong. A guy attacked him and he shot him. I really don’t see the problem or why he is in jail. Especially when he is receiving a 1.2 million bond for a non murder, where other individuals have received lower bonds for actually killing people.
