I wanted to draw something naughty of my original characters, and I just couldn't help myself...

I'm giving my monster girl a girlfriend. She's a dark angel, which is a concept I'm still figuring out, but I kind of picture them as super charged vampires with wings. I named her Annabel after Edgar Allan Poe's: "Annabel Lee."

@Cookiesneedlove I see it with orcs a lot. Ppl often draw them as just green elves. Which I get the appeal, but that’s not what I came here for, lol. In my monster girl’s case I wanted her to have some human features, since was once human, while still being a little grotesque.

Concept art of my monster girl. A small pet peeve I have with female monster characters, is that they are often drawn with a few "monstrous" features, but are otherwise conventionally attractive. (1/2)

@Brendameow1 Don’t get me wrong, I love cat and bunny girls too, but I’d like to see some monster girls that look like, well, monsters. I try to do that with my female orc characters, as well.

In other news, I have been trying to up my cosplay game recently. Back in August I created a Beast cosplay for an event & last month I created a werewolf look for Halloween. All of the prosthetics & make-up were done by me. I painted the bodysuit for Beast, as well.

When you’re disaffected, it’s easy to come across online communities that feels like a breath of fresh air, but when you breathe it in for too long you realise its just another harmful gas masquerading as oxygen.

Hey everyone! It's been a while, and for that I am really sorry. The past 6 months have been a series of ups & downs. You know how you are away from something for a while & the more times goes by the more anxious you get about checking it so you're just stuck? That's been me. 1/3

Addendum: For the record, I've had a lot of fun and have been doing some amazing things in my work, and in my personal life, this year. But I guess it's made me realize just how much of my life was centered around Orc Girl. It was becoming an obligation; 1/2
