Thanks to @OrchidInstinct, I am seriously considering switching my Mr. Freeze to Yuri from Command & Conquer and bring his psionic dominance into the multiverse once more. Command & Conquer is my favorite video game series ever, and I'd like to bring it to roleplay here. :)
