@RichORama1848 @SiezerW Cause Nettles story would require too much screen time and the show runners didn't want to add that to their budget. To build Nettle's character as a nobody, no known background, no Valerie bloodline connection etc who managed to claim a dragon would take too much screentime.

Has this dragon still not figured out what having a rider actually means? Protect your human, sir! 🐉 Second… what is it about the altitude of the Eyrie that has these people acting so bold? WHO exactly are you slapping? 😒 Self-imposed exile or not, Rhaena is still a dragon-riding Targaryen. Why is she just taking this woman’s disrespect? Do neither of them remember Visenya? The Bl00dy Gate means absolutely NOTHING to a dragon rider. Rhaena better remind that long-necked woman who she’s dealing with. 😤 #HOTD

@Kamalfalilat Nah that's not stupidity. Her plan almost worked. The purpose was to provoke Dany to recklessly attack. After she came to the meeting with 2 dragons instead of 3, it was obvious her dragons weren't invincible. There were scorpions on the entire wall of Kingslanding .

Killing Missandei instead of using her as a valuable hostage to prevent Dany from burning down the Red Keep was Cersies’ biggest fvck up. It mirrors Joffrey’s stupidity in beheading Ned Stark. And considering how Cersei tried to stop that because she knew how stupid it was.

Why did Gwayne recognize the assassin just by his appearance? No one realizes that this hints he likes Ormund. It is normal to know the height and hair color of knights from other houses, but his final reason was that this assassin was not as handsome as the real Baratheon knight. A normal knight would pay more attention to fighting skills and technique. Gwayne's focus on looks must have a special reason, it suggests that he had been very close to the real Baratheon knight. They had shared intimate moments, which is why he could see through the disguise so quickly. I also suspect that Gwayne has special feelings for Ormund. Ormund's words also hint at this: when Gwayne first arrived in Tumbleton, Ormund told Daeron to take him to wash, and specifically said, "Do not turn your back on him." This was clearly mocking Gwayne's special preference. Perhaps Gwayne had confessed his feelings to Ormund before, so Ormund knew his secret. Another detail is that when Gwayne was young, he raced Ormund to climb the Hightower, but he let Ormund win. In this episode, we can see that his swordsmanship and reflexes are better than Ormund's. As a proud noble, giving up victory to someone else is often a sign of affection. #hotd
