i've always maintained that tommy ends up treating everyone in his life, especially the women, badly - and if grace had lived, it would've happened to her too. only because she died, was she a symbol of true happiness and love. the cracks were already there.

Tommy and May had a mutual love of horses, i think you’re just wrong

@Oreofirelight @cilliankitten He treated May well because she had the one thing he could never have: she was born into the upper class. Old money. It’s different. It comes with power. He hated the way they treated him but he admired what they had. Same with Grace to some extent being from $$$.

@cilliankitten and that was unfamiliar to her but familiar to him and they quickly resolved that. They were a great match and there is no evidence supporting the argument that he would end up being rude/abusive to her. He was also treated May well in season 2 during their fling

@cilliankitten No shot… Grace literally betrayed him in a pretty big way and he didn’t seek any revenge from it at all, came to meet her when she asked him to, then married her when he ended up getting her pregnant. Even when they were arguing, Tommy quickly explained that he was just scared
