@thedeolabee Ah that’s great then. Mine is more mental most times. If I don’t work out in the morning/lazy afternoon I just can’t do evening. My energy levels drop drastically after work and I just need that time to rest.

@Oresof I’ve actually hacked the time bit. I can use my buildings gym early in the morning, then go to my regular gym on my way back from work.

I really want to become a babe that works out twice a day too 😩
