Here's another fun fact. A progressive newsletter column by law professor Quinn Yeargain suggested the General Assembly use its authority to set judicial retirement ages and apply a new lower age of 54 immediately to force all seven justices off the bench. Well, I'm going to give this so-called law professor a pass on that. Why? He was probably going for the likes, clicks, and notoriety for his blog. He never once figured on them reading his article, much less actually doing it. But. They did do it. And that's why the VA democrat led General Assembly is now considered the dumbest on the planet. We really need to review the criteria for running for any public office.
