Bro X outreach is easy with this tool.
Especially if you have a dialed-in brand + a good offer.
> It scrapes leads for you
> Sends the DMs for you
>And even does the FUPs for you
Started it like 3 days ago and already have multiple interested leads.
Goated tool.
Every market is crowded.
Weight loss coaches. Funnel builders. Marketing agencies. SaaS products.
Everyone is promising the same thing.
"Lose weight."
"Get more clients."
"Scale your business."
And when you sound like everyone else, you compete on price.
The unique mechanism is what separates you.
It's the thing that makes prospects think "wait... I've never heard this before."
Here's how I find it:
Step 1 – Ignore what they sell. Ask what they DO.
Most people describe their offer like this:
"I help busy professionals lose weight."
Useless.
I ask: "Walk me through exactly what happens when someone works with you. Week by week. What do you actually do with them?"
Now they start talking:
"Well, first I look at their hormone panel. Most people have cortisol issues from stress, which makes fat loss almost impossible. So before we touch nutrition, we fix their sleep and stress response. Then we adjust their eating window based on their cortisol curve..."
And suddenly...
You have a unique mechanism.
A specific process most people have never heard of.
Step 2 – Ask why everything else has failed
This is the most important question:
"Why do most people fail at [outcome] even when they try hard?"
The answer usually reveals the mechanism.
Example:
"Why do most people fail at losing weight?"
"Because they focus on calories. But calories don't account for hormone function. Someone with elevated cortisol will store fat no matter how little they eat. The body thinks it's in danger and holds onto everything."
Now I have:
> Why the OLD way fails (calorie focus ignores hormones)
> Why THIS way works (addresses the root cause first)
That contrast IS the mechanism.
Step 3 – Look for a "proprietary" element
I ask:
"Is there a specific step, ingredient, framework, or process that's different from how everyone else does it?"
Sometimes it's obvious:
"We use a specific sequence of 6 emails between booking and call that shifts their beliefs before they ever talk to sales."
Sometimes it's hidden:
"I don't know... I guess we focus a lot on mindset before we touch strategy?"
Step 4 – Name it something they've never heard
The mechanism needs a name.
Not a generic name. A specific, proprietary-sounding name.
Makes it feel NEW (which triggers curiosity).
Makes it impossible to compare to competitors (category of one).
I usually brainstorm 10-15 names and pick the one that sounds most intriguing but still clear.
Step 5 – Pressure test it
Before I use the mechanism in any copy, I ask:
"If I told this to a stranger, would they say 'what's that?' or would they say 'oh yeah, I've heard of that'?"
If it's the first one, I've got something.
If it's the second, I keep tweaking it.
I also check:
Does it explain why the OLD way fails?
Does it make the result feel more believable?
Can I explain it simply in 1-2 sentences?
If yes to all three, I'm ready to write.
Here's the template I end up with:
"Most people try to [common approach]. But that doesn't work because [root cause they're missing]. What actually works is [unique mechanism] because [why it addresses the root cause]."
Look…
No one is going hand you the life that you want on a silver platter,
That will never happen because people that wait, it doesn’t come to them and they wonder why.
You gotta go out there and be ruthless, get ur hands dirty for once to get what you want.

@sovmindset My condolences, Michael, but I bet she will be proud of the accomplishments you have made in her honor. I wish you also a good Mother's Day!
Lost my mom three years ago, and there isn't a day thats gone by that I don't wish I could give her one last hug.
In her memory, and in the love I’ll always carry for her, I wish a Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there.
Ain't going to hold you. Motivation is for cowards!
You don't need motivation,
What you do need is to stop standing in the way of your potential.
Deep in your soul is the fire that guides you and makes you keep going.
But you're preventing it.
Remove distractions, The Noise
if you want to acheive big you need to create “quests”
Goals
that are made up of Quests,
that are made of mini quests
and then reward yourself for each “mini” quest you take
