Happy 95th birthday to the great William Shatner. This is one resilient dude. After STAR TREK ended, lived out of his truck, driving across the country doing local theater (no residuals back then for TV actors). Watched the Apollo 11 moon landing from his truck (more)

Makai was never going to be a beast with measurables. He isn't as fast as Zach Branch, as tall as Duce Robinson, doesn't have the giant hands of Ja'Kobi Lane. But he is better than all of them because he's simply a great FOOTBALL PLAYER. Don't overanalyze. Watch the film.

@DarinBass4 He's kind of a mini-Puka with regards to his aggressiveness, ability to get open, and gift of pulling in contested catches (not Austin's forte but definitely ASB's). And of course, both Puka and ASB were lower-round picks whose lack of eye-popping workout numbers dinged them.

If those are accurate numbers, that is an ELITE 3-cone time for Gentry. Anything under 7.00 is very good. He blows that out of the water with 6.76. Gentry will be a fascinating fit for somebody in the NFL. Rooting for him to do great!

@ramsfan2800 There's nothing wrong with Lemon's testing. His numbers are all good and project fine in the NFL. My point is he was never going to be at the top of the percentiles. He's not an athletic "freak". Not the biggest. Not the fastest. But an amazing player.
