I am writing regarding my booking for flight QR1227/ scheduled on 1 March from Red Sea International Airport to Doha. The flight was cancelled by the airline due to the closure of airspace.
As this cancellation was initiated by Qatar Airways, I kindly request confirmation of my full refund entitlement and clear guidance on when the refund will be processed and credited back to my original method of payment.
