🦺 Donned a hard hat and hi-vis this morning for a tour of a new housing development in Kirkwall with @OrkneyHousing 🏠 Great to hear about their "fabric first" approach & get an understanding of some of the issues they face around building regulations and energy efficiency.

One of our 3 Corporate Outcomes is to be a "Great Place to Work". Today, on #Scottishhousingday, we celebrated Sandy and Glynis in our #finance #team reaching 20 years service - continuing to make a valuable contribution to our delivery of #affordablehousing in #orkney.

We are on site, in #orkney sunshine building 48 new homes, investing £9m in the local building industry and creating #apprenticeships this year. These houses on the edge of Kirkwall will deliver quality #affordablehousing in partnership with @scotgov @More_HomesHIM @OrkneyLtd
