Yesterday we raised the Transgender Flag for Transgender Day of Remembrance. At Ormiston we come to school everyday with the mindset of kindness, inclusion and respect for all! When we live by this, everyone can be who they want to be and learning can happen! @PositiveDDSB

Celebrating/ bringing awareness to many things as June kicks off today! We had the privilege of having Maryanne Oketch (Survivor winner and former DDSB student come speak to us on her journey and our staff coming together bringing awareness to Pride Month in June. @equity_DDSB

Today on International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia we stand together.We had 3 students speak about inclusivity and kindness for all! They spoke about recognizing, respecting and seeing each other for who they are! @DDSBSchools @equity_DDSB

When dropping off or picking up children in a busy school zone, please be considerate of others and do not do u-turns or 3-point turns... They only add to the congestion and can create dangerous situations unnecessarily. #DRPS #RoadWatch
