The man is stripping **milt** (sperm) from a male fish, likely a carp or similar species used in aquaculture. He’s gently pressing the abdomen toward the vent to collect the white fluid into the bucket. This is standard practice for artificial breeding — the milt is later mixed with eggs from a female fish to fertilize them. Perfectly normal fish farming technique, not anything weird.

What exactly is he draining out of the fish? I’m genuinely curious. 😨 Someone who knows about fish please explain what’s happening here.
