I find it quite deflating, to hear a pharmacist, at the end of their career, but who have moved across to the medical profession, be disparaging of the skills and abilities of the new pharmacists coming into the profession.

I'm attending the @rpharms roadshow in Leeds next week (at some personal expense and inconvenience) as I feel it is important to hear the initial high-level proposals.
Whilst obviously more detail is to follow - I think it is important to engage now.
