If the Leafs had the Oilers' PP% (33.3%), they would've been able to score an ADDITIONAL 17 PPG. With those extra 17 goals, they would've been able to win 9 of the above 10 games (all but 0-4 WSH). That's an extra 13 points in the standings, good for 1st in the East.
