Now a full month into waiting for @Otelcom to sort out prepaid Orlando stay booked through them, that the FL hotel knew nothing about (so I paid twice, and then some). Horrendous customer service. Latest is Otel saying they sent an email to hotel and waiting for response.

So @Otelcom said they couldn't process my credit card, then charged it a week later after I'd booked with another site. It's a no-refund reservation so it's super shady, is this something I can chargeback on?

@Otelcom I tried to book a hotel room (prepaid). I got a screen about processing the payment and the next screen was the main page. No confirmation page, no confirmation email and no new booking in my account. The amount was paid in full already. What happens now?
