如果我早五年懂这些道理，我堂堂初代大割，也不至于如今轮落到跟你们一块打土狗了！想当年，我一人支撑一条公链，日几十万刀，手握10亿美金TVL的Dex时，而今谁能匹敌。其实，在中国，当你手握200万存款，开着30万的车，住着130平米的房子且无贷款时，日常生活已和富豪没太大区别了。这是普通人能驾驭的财富上限，再多可能成负担。这一点我深有体会。我2013年入行，二十出头就靠卖矿机年赚上亿，但是毫无财富认知，可能今生都再难逾越了。时不可失时不再来也。 很多人其实跟我一样，我们出生底层，没有接受过百度教育，或因机遇曾达到一定财富水平，就大概率会因守不住而失去。其实，难的不是赚钱，是维持。达到目标后，我们常忍不住膨胀、盲目自信、胡乱投资、做生意，把钱折腾光。能挣到大钱的人，多是赶上风口，并非具备持续赚钱的能力，却错把风口当个人能力，最终赔光，这样的例子在本行业并不少见，比比皆是。赚到钱还能守住的人极少，能守钱的人比会赚钱的人厉害得多。就像小侠同学，如果他真贷款了几千万买了那劳什子房子，我敢确信他今生再难翻身，定然会后悔，立贴为证。如果他把那近亿的财富投入美股指数，例如纳指100，等他贷款还完之日，他的财富在复利效应和美国经济增长的推动下，恐怕都翻了几道了。而那时他的房子却因老旧、或因有更好的楼盘推出等因素，早就不值几个钱了。这一点，我亦深有体会。我在杭州的别墅，也价值三千多万，奥体核心板块，属杭州核心资产，但是本小区两年来没有一套成交，因大环境不好挂牌出售的邻居越来越多，一降再降，依然无人问津。 要守住财富，首先要有正确财富观，让钱具备真正的历史反复证明长期有效的繁殖能力，所以赛道很重要；其次认清自己，别因一时成功高估自己，分清运气和实力，避免昏头膨胀，保持敬畏持续学习；再者控制欲望，不透支消费，不被专为有钱人设计的财富陷阱（如豪车豪宅、名表奢侈品等）收割，保持内心的平静不被外界干扰；最重要的是有风险意识，顺境为逆境做准备，赚钱时为不赚钱时打算。真正的富人是最懂守钱的，财富自由的关键是守住多少钱及这些钱能带来多久安稳生活。在能赚钱时拼命攒钱，不能赚钱时省钱，这才是智慧。望诸君明鉴，切莫赴我后尘。 雪宜泣笔泪书
