🇺🇬𝙉𝙁𝘼𝙎𝙄: 𝘿𝙖𝙮 1 – 𝙄𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙐𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖’𝙨 𝘼𝙄 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 This past weekend marked 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 of the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗡𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗜), where over 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗨𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘀 — students, professionals, innovators, and dreamers — gathered at the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗯'𝘀 nationwide in 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮, 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶, 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗶, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗲. The overwhelming turnout reflected a shared sense of responsibility. 𝗡𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴; it’s a national mission to create jobs, transform industries, and shape Uganda’s future through AI. Over the past few days, Otic Group had the privilege of participating in the @inclusIFF 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗶, a global gathering of regulators, financial institutions, investors, and technology leaders working to define the next chapter of financial systems worldwide. Representing @OticRwanda_ our team led by @RayRwema joined conversations exploring the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in finance and how emerging technologies are beginning to reshape the core infrastructure on which modern financial ecosystems operate. Across three days of dialogue, one theme became increasingly clear. The future of fintech will extend far beyond expanding financial access. It will be defined by the emergence of 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. Systems capable of transforming vast volumes of operational data into real-time insight. Enabling more precise risk analysis, more inclusive credit frameworks, and financial operations that are faster, smarter, and more resilient. These conversations closely mirror the work we continue to advance at Otic. From AI capacity development and talent enablement, to the deployment of agentic AI-driven enterprise systems designed to help organizations convert operational data into actionable intelligence. Because as financial systems continue to evolve, the real transformation will not simply come from adopting new technologies. 🚀We 𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 before most organizations had frameworks for it. Before it was safe. Before it was obvious. We didn’t just deploy technology. We trained organizations and corporates, 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽 because real capacity building means bringing people inside the process. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀. A 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 trained on Ugandan SME data flagged risk patterns that improved portfolio projections by 𝟭𝟳%. An 𝗛𝗥 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 cut query resolution from 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀. Our multi-agent systems are now evolving into 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀, virtual replicas of financial operations that let institutions simulate, optimize, and predict outcomes in real time. This is the new frontier. With the @BOU_Official's 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗼𝘅 inviting us to stress-test these systems, the responsibility is ours to translate private-sector execution into a blueprint for systemic resilience. Anyone can walk into a boardroom with slides on Agentic AI. We walk in with 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 from institutions that trusted us with their core infrastructure. Real banks. Real corporates. Real data. Real results.

Led by our 𝗖𝗘𝗢, @NestaPaulK, we recently had the privilege of sitting down with @colmug, 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗧 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 @BOU_Official, to explore the next frontier: 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. Our discussion reinforced a key principle. Innovation must always be balanced with stability. The @BOU_Official 's 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗼𝘅 provides that balance, creating a space to experiment and iterate while pioneering Agentic AI solutions that protect the resilience of our financial system. At @OticGroup, we have already done 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, successfully implementing Agentic AI automation frameworks across commercial banks and corporate institutions.
