best advice I can give someone going to med school (& i guess in general): separate your sense of self worth from your academics and academic achievements as soon as you can.

1/3 I’m going to write something that may get me kicked out of academia🤷🏼‍♀️but true. Dear Medical Student: Do not sacrifice your well-being, your relationships, or your health for “Honors” or a grade or board score. It’s not worth it. Your boards are simply a stepping stone.👇🏼
