Yesterday, the $BKX bank index rose nearly 2%, $FNWD dropped over 3% on Annual Meeting day where a new chair was appointed. She owns nary a share of $FNWD stock. The market voted “NAY”.

Over 10 years on $FNWD board for Robby Three Sticks and he owns 3,363 shares Two years for Vedder Price atty board member Evans and she has not bought a single $FNWD share.

$BCOW $13 TBV. Every deal getting done in WI the last two years have had very impressive multiples. Weaker metrics to many but these guys need to put out of their misery. It is only a matter of when not if. Fully disclosed, personal LONG and unrelated to my day job.
