This includes toilet flushing, running dishwashers, washing machines, showers - anything that discharges into the wastewater network until we're able to get the pump station operating again. We'll keep you updated as repairs are made.

We have experienced a failure on one of our major wastewater pump stations in Whitianga and are currently mobilising teams to undertake a repair. It's important that ALL residents of Whitianga reduce their wastewater discharges to the network immediately.
