Effective systems value the knowledge and observations of community members about their own lived experience and seek to share power equitably.

OSB proudly works with Lived Experience Experts who bring personal experiences others cannot see not only during the creation of projects but everyday work as well. Their expertise can be used to identify gaps or problem areas, formulate research questions and interpret findings.
